The Phonak microPower IX is an advanced hearing aid created by Phonak, a leading manufacturer of hearing aids, and it evolves from the platform of the microPower V adding some innovative new features that take this model to a whole new level of sound quality, a more natural sound experience.
It has a wide variety of programs that can be automatically activated by the hearing aid in different listening situations. These can be optimized by you as you can also get the control of programs in your hands with manual programs. You also get a designated program for when you are using a phone.
For added convenience you can use a remote control to switch between programs, change volume, all of this without anyone noticing you are managing the settings in your hearing aid, and without having to touch it, remove it or anything else, just press the right buttons in your remote control. You can have a remote control that is a wrist watch, a key chain or a traditional looking remote control.
It also comes with the option of an integrated FM transmitter and receiver.
